We are a CDMO that specializes exclusively on the design, optimization and GMP manufacturing of lentiviral and retroviral vectors to enable novel cell and gene therapies to enter clinical trials. 

Unlike other viral vector CDMOs that only focus on manufacturing, we put a premium on the intricacies of vector design and on the advantages of de-risking programs during early-stage viral vector development – which translate to better manufacturing outcomes.

With viral vector design and optimization at the core of all our programs, we have a proven track record of successfully manufacturing complex viral vectors with key performance and safety attributes, and improved yields. Our approach has led to the manufacturability of LVV with functional titers where others have failed.
