Glenda Joanne Dickson, PhD
Glenda J. Dickson is Senior Principal Scientist at ViroCell Biologics. She has spent over 25 years in Research & Development, which includes more than 20 years of experience working with lentiviral- and gamma-retroviral vector production, with respect to both research applications or clinical trials.
She has a PhD in Molecular Haematology from Queen’s University Belfast and has worked as a post-doctoral fellow at Queen’s University Belfast, University of Montréal and University College London, investigating leukaemia initiation. Subsequently, Glenda worked for 7 years as a Senior R & D Scientist in Vector Production at Cell and Gene Therapy at King’s College London with Professor Farzin Farzaneh, PhD.
Since joining ViroCell Biologics in 2022, Glenda has been developing a programme of technologies that enhance ViroCell’s research portfolio and helps to support innovators in accelerating their novel therapies into clinical development.
